I had a very good experience. Peter responded quickly and provided detailed explanation of the process and cost. The work was done within 1 hour (as quoted), and I appreciated Peter's experience and efficiency.

They did an excellent dryer repair job when clothes were not drying as quick as they should. The price was reasonable for replacing a new electric heating element. Will keep their number handy.

Gio will lull you in with a promise of a year warranty on used items and an initial price that is very low. However with each and every item you purchase from him you really have to watch him because he will grossly over charge you if he thinks he can get away with it. That is his tactic and his con. I took him at his word and lost. HE HAS LOST MY TRUST AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. I was burned a couple of times and have since found other much more reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Id say he's lost about $80,000 of business from me since then and much more as I expand. Buyer... beware!!!

The technician that arrived was great and really took the time to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. He was polite and did a great job, so we finally have our dishwasher working again. We are so happy with his professional service!

The team at Advantage Refrigeration Inc have been great to work with. We called these folks when another company mis-diagnosed our walk in freezer. Jerad was able to get it up and running same day where other company told us we would require a replacement freezer (large walk in commercial freezer). Since then Advantage has been our go company for anything we need repaired in our commercial kitchen. Jerad is the tech that has been working with us, and I can't say enough about him. He is always punctual, professional and makes sure the work is done right the first time. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I called them in December to come fix my furnace as the heat was on but was not blowing properly. They sent a technician that had no idea what he was doing. He not only didn't get the blower working, but he left me without any heat, which was very problematic considering my wife and I just had a newborn. When I called the company to complain and request a different tech, they sent the same tech back to my house. He took off my thermostat and couldn't figure out how to put it back on the wall. All the cords fell back in the wall and he broke my thermostat which resulted in me having to go buy a new one. Not only did I spend $250 on that service, but I had to replace my thermostat AND call a different company to fix my furnace. I called Norris Heating and he came over and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Penguin plumbing and heating has inexperienced technicians, horrible customer service and overall I would rate them a 0/10.I've also tried calling them several times to discuss this matter and the service manager refuses to call me back. These guys are pathetic.

I had my Dryer looked at and it was diagnosed with faulty sensors. We asked for them to be changed if they were faulty. I don't know of the diagnostic work performed. Changed the sensors (apparently) on the second visit. Ive spend $500 and no one stayed to check if the dryer was working after they were replaced. I'm not sure how someone doesn't verify there work when complete. Problem still persists. Very unprofessional. Ive emailed them kindly for a call back with no response. Extremally disappointed with the service. Be Careful.Tom
